where do I start?

I have many questions about my Son's potential visit to his girlfriend in Belgrade....they are, in fact, discussing marriage. My son is in receipt of long-term benefits in the UK, does anyone know if they are transferable to Belgrade? Also, how long is he allowed to stay on holiday and how often can he actually visit in one year?
